A smoke sauna is the oldest form of sauna in Finland, known for its soft, gentle heat and unique atmosphere. Unlike modern saunas, it has no chimney. During the heating process, smoke fills the room, slowly warming the wooden structure and stones. Once the sauna is ready, the fire is extinguished, the space is ventilated, and the result is a smooth, humid heat with a subtle scent of natural smoke.
This creates a truly calming and grounding environment.
